Ssssh! People are excited about the idea of voting and applying to register in record numbers
Remember the drill. Keep this just between you and me because the rules only allow negative stories about the state of our democracy. Rules which everyone must follow.
So keep it to yourself, but the phenomenally dull official paperwork known as polling cards is* generating excitement amongst voters:
