Dramatic Lib Dem wins in West Somerset and South Northamptonshire
A bumper set of eleven council by-elections or deferred contests from May this week. A little disappointing to see that it is only eight Lib Dem candidates across those eleven – but that is up four on the last time these seats were all fought.
